Social Sikka – Learn & Grow Smart
1. Introduction
This Data Deletion Policy explains how users of Social Sikka – Learn & Grow Smart (“App”, “we”, “our”, “us”) can request deletion of their personal data and how such requests are processed.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, GDPR, and the Indian IT Act, 2000.
2. Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum information required to operate and improve our services, including:

Full name, email address, state, district, or phone number (for account creation or support)

Learning activity and certificate progress
We do NOT collect sensitive data such as:
Financial details, biometric data, passwords, or government identification numbers.
3. User Rights to Data Deletion
All users have the right to request deletion of their personal data stored by Social Sikka.
Upon receiving a valid request, we will permanently delete all associated personal data within 7 days, except where retention is legally required.
4. How to Request Data Deletion
a. In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)
Users can delete their account directly within the app:

Open Social Sikka

Go to Profile → Policies → Delete Account

Confirm the deletion request
Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 7 days.
b. Request by Email
If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion manually:

We will verify your identity and process your request within 5–7 business days.
5. Data Retention Period
We retain user data only as long as necessary to:

Comply with legal, tax, or security obligations

Resolve disputes or prevent fraud
After account deletion, all personal data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
Some anonymized, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained for service improvements.

Coins, certificates, rewards, and activity history will be permanently lost

Active subscriptions remain valid until the end of their billing cycle unless canceled through Google Play
